ASSISTANCE
TALK TO THE OLYMP TEAM.
Join our official Discord and click CREATE TICKET in #support for private help with your account, payments or launcher. Support is in English. Never share passwords, activation keys, wallet seed phrases or recovery codes.
You can also email [email protected].
Use the same email to report suspected unauthorized use connected to Olymp products. See Support and complaints in our Terms of service for what to include in a report. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal data.
You can message us on Discord at any time. While the project operates, we aim to provide a first response within 48 hours, including weekends. This is a response target, not a guaranteed response or resolution deadline. Mandatory obligations and any specific commitment made for your purchase remain applicable.
